which walks every Sunday with walks to suit all ages and abilities.
New Programme
Our
new programme will be out asap.
Weekends – 2009
15th
– 18th May Newtonmore – a chance to do some Munros or if
you prefer low level walks in an area with some of the most stunning scenery in
Deposit of £25 is required. Full cost of accommodation will be approx. £45. Food & transport are extra but we always keep this to a minimum by doing a group shop for breakfasts and pack lunches. Cheques made payable to HF Edinburgh and sent to Robin Vevers, 1 Bruce Grove, Pencaitland EH34 5BN

Holidays 2009
We
had a superb holiday in
There
are two other foreign holidays planned for 2009. In August we are off to Poland
to tackle some of the Tatra Mountains. Although they are fairly high mountains
all the walking is on good paths with sign posts, cafes and bars along most of
the routes. We are flying from
Edinburgh to Krakow and at the moment the flights are still quite cheap. We
will be staying in hostels but if you would like more luxurious accommodation
that can be arranged. If you would
like to join us get in touch asap
In October we are heading off to Dubrovnik. Again we
are flying from Edinburgh. We
have booked a lovely apartment in a villa in Cavtat which is by the sea and only 20kms from
Dubrovnik. You are welcome to join
us – if you don’t want to walk you can sight see, lie on the beach,
swim in the sea or just sit and relax on the large terrace. If you are
